 Under 9 Players had a great time at the Little Demons Day! 

The Beaconsfield Under 9 players had a great time today participating in the DDJFL Little Demons Day at the Max Pawsey Reserve Fountain Gate. Playing three teams each this morning in 8 minute games all of our teams reported the day to be a great success with importantly the kids having a great time. All Beaconsfield players received a showbag containing a football, stickers featuring Melbourne FC players, Melbourne FC pencil case and other items. The day provides children with a fun, safe and positive experience through a well-structured match program where the emphasis is on further development of basic games skills and having fun. 

Beaconsfield JFC raises much needed funds to tackle cancer as part of the "Call to Arms" campaign in Round 10 

The Beaconsfield Junior Football Club again raised much needed funds to assist in the tackling of cancer. All proceeds from our awards night BBQ food sales held after Round 10 July 11th are being donated to this very worthwhile cause. In total we raised over $500 to go to much needed use for the Cancer Council. Thank you to everyone that came along and supported the evening. 

Moreover all of our players wore yellow arm bands at all home and away games played during Round 10 on Sunday the 11th of July, in a show of support and to raise awareness for cancer in men. 

Call To Arms started in 2006, when Essendon Football Club showed their support for teammate Adam Ramanauskas, who was diagnosed with cancer, by wearing yellow armbands in the first Clash For Cancer against Melbourne Football Club. Since then, sporting clubs across Australia have joined the cause and wear yellow for one game to help in the fight against cancer. 

Personalised Playing Cards 

We have available for order Personalised Player Cards including Club Colours and Logo. Each card will be printed on both sides using two different photos. These cards make great presents for the Grandparents or fit nicely in your wallet/purse. Kids love them and can even swap them with their friends. 

Order forms will be distributed to all players in Round 10. Order forms and payment (cash or cheque) need to be returned to your Team Manager on or before Round 11. Photos of players who have completed Order Forms and Payment will be taken prior to the home games in Round 11 & 12 (depending when you play at home).

Delivery of your Personalised Player Cards will be in Round 14. *Note: The card shown is an example only.

Club Training Information for season 2010  

Football training commencement dates have been announced for season 2010 for all age groups. Remember you can view all your Team details in the Teams section of the Website or Click here for a direct link to the Teams section.
